Music
and relaxation techniques relieve stress
|
Guided
meditation and visualization is a proven tool that assists in
achieving higher focus, clarity, and assists in stress reduction.
Numerous studies have reported significant decreases in, for
example, heart rate, skin temperature, and muscle activity when
music has been used in the relaxation process.
Many
doctors now recommend breathing techniques, such as those used
in mediation, as a therapy for relieving stress…believed
to aggravate a host of medical conditions including depression
and hypertension

| Our
success starts with us! |
In
the summer of 2000, producer/composer, Barry Goldstein found
himself in a pivotal turning point in his career. Having worked
in the high-paced music business for over 10 years with Grammy
Award Winners, Top Ten Recording Artists, Major Record Labels,
and National Film and Television Companies, there was still
something missing: focus. Looking at the bigger picture, Goldstein
observed that his lack of focus had derived from extreme stress
and the inability to relax. Like many inventors before him,
Barry set his intention on using his gifts to assist others
creating the definitive music series for relaxation and the
relief of stress: Ambiology!
Creating
these compositions at approximately 60 beats per minute, which
is consistent with your heart rate at a relaxed state, Goldstein
felt himself drifting within these one-hour long tapestries
of weaving ethereal tones and moving into a deep state of relaxation.
Using these compositions was a wonderful tool to relieve stress
and allowed him to enter “the zone” effortlessly.
In "the zone," often described by athletes as the
ultimate state where high levels of focus and achievement occur,
achievements did occur! Five years later, Goldstein received
a Grammy for his production work with one of the most innovative
musical icons of all time: Les Paul!
